By downloading or using FastArc ("the app"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
FastArc is a fasting tracker that helps you plan, monitor, and review intermittent and extended fasts. It integrates with Apple HealthKit for biometric data and offers optional subscription tiers (Pro and Pro+) that unlock additional features.
FastArc is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All fasting insights, biometric trend analysis, GLP-1 medication tracking, refeeding protocols, and safety alerts are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before starting or modifying a fasting regimen, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
GLP-1 medication tracking within FastArc is informational only. The app does not provide dosing recommendations and should never be used to determine or adjust medication dosages.
FastArc offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans:
All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the end of the trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at any time.
Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Apple handles all payment processing; FastArc does not collect or store payment information.
Your use of FastArc is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated by reference.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.
All content, design, and code in FastArc are the property of FastArc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastArc and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, without limitation, any health outcomes related to fasting decisions made using information from the app.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which the developer resides.
